Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Next Stop Goal (the “service”), run by [COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS] (“we”). By playing, you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy notice.

Next Stop Goal is a free daily football geography game. We may change, pause or end features, or the whole service, at any time. We'll try to give notice of big changes, but we can't promise the game will always be available or free of bugs.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Next Stop Goal.

• You don't need an account to play. Signing in only needs your email address and a one-time code.
• One account per person. Keep access to your email secure, because it's the key to your account.
• You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings.

• Play yourself: no bots, scripts, automated play or tools that look up the answers for you.
• One account per person. Don't use extra accounts or devices to climb the leaderboard.
• Don't scrape the site, overload our servers or try to get the answers before you play.
• Found a bug? Tell us at support@nextstopgoal.com instead of exploiting it.

If you break these rules we can remove scores, take you off the leaderboard, or suspend or close your account.

You get a random leaderboard name, and you can change it. Names must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading, impersonate anyone, include personal information or advertise anything.

Anyone can report a name from the leaderboard. We can change or remove names that break these rules (replacing them with a random one), and we'll tell you why when we do.

Next Stop Goal is for fun. We research every clue and story carefully, but mistakes can happen, and nothing in the game is advice of any kind.

If an answer turns out to be wrong, we fix it the same day, re-score the round and give everyone the points back, with a short correction note. Spotted an error? Email support@nextstopgoal.com.

• All clues, stories, quips and the design of Next Stop Goal are original and belong to us. Please share your score (that's what the Share button is for), but don't copy or republish our rounds.
• Club, competition, player and place names are used only to refer to them. We don't use crests, kits or official logos.
• Next Stop Goal is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any club, league, UEFA or FIFA.

Next Stop Goal is a free game with no stakes and no prizes. There's no betting, we don't carry gambling ads, and you must not use the game for wagers.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop playing at any time and delete your data in Settings. We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, or if we close the service.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in players by email before they take effect.

[GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS]. If you live in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
